ATTORNEY PROFILES

Robert F. Morris. rmorris@morrisclemm.com. Yale University, 1972; Temple University School of Law, 1976. Board Certified Civil Trial Advocate, National Board of Legal Specialty Certification, Fellow, Litigation Counsel of America. Member, Million Dollar Advocates Forum. A practicing civil trial lawyer since 1976, Bob was elected President of the Montgomery Bar Association 2008 after having served as its Vice-President and Treasurer, and has chaired its Judiciary, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Insurance and Unauthorized Practice Committees. He is a member of the House of Delegates of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He also has served as a hearing committee member for the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. He was selected as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer in from 2008 through 2011. He has also served for many years as an Officer and Director of the North Penn Valley and Indian Valley Boys and Girls Clubs. His personal injury litigation practice includes medical malpractice, product liability and automobile accidents. He also handles complex commercial litigation, and environmental litigation.

He has served on the Board of Directors of the Montgomery Bar Association. Admitted to practice, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, as well as all Pennsylvania courts. His practice includes business transactions and litigation, with an emphasis on real estate transactions, zoning, land use and real estate development, as well as personal injury cases. He also handles all aspects of construction contracts and financing, as well as construction litigation. He has acted on multiple occasions as an expert witness in construction and legal malpractice cases.

 

He has served on the Whitpain Township Zoning Hearing Board and is currently serving as the vice chairman of the Whitpain Township Planning Commission. He has been a member of the Montgomery County Bar Association Bench Bar Committee for many years and has been a Co-Chair of the Montgomery County Bar Association Real Estate Committee.

Seth D. Wilson. swilson@morrisclemm.com. Lafayette College, 2000. Temple University Beasley School of Law, 2003. Mr. Wilson is a partner in the firm. His practice focuses on business transactions and litigation, personal injury litigation and workers' compensation. Mr. Wilson has successfully tried several jury and non-jury cases to verdict in the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is the immediate past Editor of the Montgomery County Law Reporter. He also serves as Vice Chair of the Young Lawyers Section of the Montgomery County Bar Association. Mr. Wilson is a member of the Long Range Planning Committee, Trial Lawyers Section, Speakers Bureau, Bench Bar Committee and Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee of the Montgomery Bar Association. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and recently had an article published in Trial Magazine of the American Association for Justice. Mr. Wilson is dedicated to community service and serves as an appointed member of the Springfield Township Environmental Advisory Commission. He is also a Montgomery Child Advocate and a volunteer for Wills for Heroes. He lives in Springfield Township, Montgomery County with his wife and two children.

During law school, Mr. Jacquette was a Rubin Public Interest Law Honor Society Fellow and a member of the Temple Law Moot Court Honor Society. Mr. Jacquette's practice focuses on civil litigation, including personal injury and commercial litigation. Mr. Jacquette is a member of the Trial Lawyers Section, Bench Bar Committee and Legal Aid/Pro Bono Service Committee of the Montgomery County Bar Association. He is also a staff writer for the Montgomery County Bar Association Sidebar Newsletter. Mr. Jacquette is licensed to practice in the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

 

 

David Jacquette

Andrew J. Van Wagner. avanwagner@morrisclemm.com. University of California, Davis, 2006. Villanova University School of Law, 2010. While at Villanova, Mr. Van Wagner was a member of the Villanova Environmental Law Journal serving as both a staff writer and as the Managing Editor of Student Works. As a staff writer, his article A Look at a Melting Arctic and the Hot Competition for its Resources was chosen for publication. Mr. Van Wagner also interned with the Honorable Ann G. McCormick of the Middlesex County Courthouse in New Brunswick, New Jersey where he assisted the bench in all aspects of complex civil litigation. Mr. Van Wagner is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is also a member of the Montgomery Bar Association.
